PLENTIA is born as the first Ribera del Duero wine of Bodegas Piqueras
A wine that brings together the experience, know-how and ambition of the winery to express itself within one of the most demanding appellations in Spain.
Made exclusively from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from old bush vineyards, selected from plots located between 850 and 900 metres above sea level in the Ribera Burgalesa.
Viticulture marked by poor, sandy soils rich in limestone, and by a fresh climate that defines its precise and elegant character.
Manual harvest carried out in the second week of October, seeking the optimal moment of ripeness.
Controlled maceration at 27ºC to preserve fruit and freshness, followed by ageing in medium-toast barrels and finishing in concrete.
A wine that expresses the identity of Piqueras and a new way of understanding Ribera del Duero.
